Anterior and Inferior to the anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS), 0.5 cun anterior and inferior to Wushu GB-27.
First palpate along the upper border of the iliac crest in an anterior and inferior direction so as to identify ASIS (anterior superior iliac spine).
ASIS is a bony ridge on the lateral aspect of the lower abdomen. Wushu GB-27 is in a depression medial and anterior to the ASIS.
Then Locate Weidao GB-28 about 0.5 cun anterior and inferior to GB-27.
Vertically 1–1.5 cun.
Caution: pregnancy
Wushu GB-27 is quite similar to Weidao GB-28 in terms of functions.
It is mainly used to regulate the Girdle Vessel. Thus it treats symptoms such as Uterus prolapse, irregular menstruation or leucorrhoea.
It also regulates the Lower Burner and transforms Stagnation.
