Concentrated granule (Ratio 5 to 1): 100g (3.5oz) of the granule is equivalent to 500g (17.5 oz.) in its original bulk raw form.
Recommended use
Dissolve the granules in hot water and drink it like a normal herbal tea.
A small measuring spoon is provided with the bottle, and each level spoonful contains about 1.5g (0.05 oz.) of granules, which is equivalent to about 1/2 teaspoon.
