New users can start with the lower dosage to avoid any potential side effects and gradually increase the dosage. A 100g (3.5 oz.) granule bottle can last about 8 to 25 days. A 1kg (2.2 LBS) can last about 80 to 250 days.

It is advised to follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage may vary based on your condition and response to treatment.

Concentrated granule (Ratio 5 to 1):
100g (3.5oz) of the granule is equivalent to 500g (17.5 oz.) in its original bulk raw form.
Recommended use
Dissolve the granules in hot water and drink it like a normal herbal tea.
